“For this project, we worked with Tri Pointe Homes to create three model homes for the Arroyo’s Edge community in Summerlin, Nevada. Situated at the base of the Red Rock mountains just west of Las Vegas, Arroyo’s Edge elevates desert living through innovative design and state-of-the-art amenities.
The first design, dubbed ‘Naturally Modern’ is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath-home decked out in a palette of sage green and mustard yellow (inspired by desert wildflowers), with accents of black for a graphic pop. Rich wood tones, abundant plants, and landscape art all lend an organic feel, while sleek lighting and sculptural furniture add contrast.
