Bobby Berk is bringing his designs home

At Tri Pointe Homes®, we’re always striving to bring you the best in design and well-being. That’s why we’re so excited about our latest design collaboration with Bobby Berk. The design-expert and Emmy-nominated TV host has designed 10 collections exclusively for Tri Pointe Homes that highlight his signature warm touches, state-of-the-art design choices, and thoughtful finishes. It’s almost as if you could snap your fingers and move into a home with interiors designed just for you by Bobby.

The Tri Pointe Homes and Bobby Berk relationship first began in 2015, when we invited him to collaborate on the design of The Responsive Home, a discovery lab for understanding the needs and wants of Millennial homebuyers. Since then, we’ve collaborated together on more than 15 communities across the U.S. With both brands in the business of transforming lives, it’s a natural fit.

What will the new collaboration entail? We’re bringing you the best of Bobby’s designs in model homes, personalized option selections, and move-in ready homes at select communities. From his take on Classic Mid-Century design to Serene Scandinavian or Luxe Bohemian, there’s a style for everyone.

Love the vibe but want a different tile? Looking for a darker shade of hardwood? From light fixtures to flooring and everything in-between — when you purchase a Tri Pointe home, consider it your very own collaboration with Bobby Berk. Soon, in select Tri Pointe communities, you will be able to select any of the 10 Bobby Berk collections and personalize it in one of our award-winning Design Studios as your new home is built from the ground up.

Through this collaboration, you’ll even be able to furnish your home with Bobby’s curated furniture picks through MINE. Bobby-selected furniture pieces seen in select model homes will also be available for sale through our partnership with MINE.

While you wait for the full collection to be released in late fall 2023, here’s a sneak peek into the first two designs from the Bobby Berk x Tri Pointe Homes Collection.

• Classic Mid-Century is timeless — with walnut wood tones, clean lines, and luxe moments like marble and brass finishes. With a color palette rooted in Americana and modernized touches like wallpaper, artwork, and fabrics — Classic Mid-Century feels like today, yesterday, and tomorrow all rolled into one.
• Organic Modern is about connecting with your senses — a textural rug under your feet when you get out of bed, a rattan light fixture that sprinkles a warm glow across the kitchen, cool dark tiles that contrast against soft leathers and cool linens. The natural and earthy touches feel lived-in and yet completely worthy of a magazine write-up.
